Senior HRIS Analyst


Worksite location: 201 N. Franklin Street, Suite 300, Tampa, FL 33602.


DUTIES: Business consultation and collaboration with respective HR teams (benefits, compensation and payroll) and external vendors to elicit requirements, considering design alternatives, facilitating discussions ultimately driving to requirements sign-off. Create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs and document the detailed functional design. Build, test and deploy new integrations required to meet business requirements. Facilitate knowledge transfer to other team members. Convert existing integrations between ADP and external Benefits, Compensation and Payroll vendors. Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Partner with HR and external vendors for any ad-hoc requests or for troubleshooting issues.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus
  • 5 years of experience with Workday HCM implementations.
  • Implementation and/or production support experience in any of the following Workday modules: Core HCM, Advanced Reporting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll (US & Canada), Performance and Succession.
  • Integrating systems experience with third-party service vendors.
  • General knowledge in HCM.
  • Knowledge in Object Oriented concepts.


Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.
