  • Preparing actionable reporting and analysis to support financial manufacturing metrics and internal/external reporting processes
  • Communicating with colleagues at various manufacturing locations to resolve issues, advise on discrepancies and follow through with appropriate action
  • As a team member of COE, involved in implementing changes to continually improve processes, support standardization and effectiveness of GBS
  • Involved with the creation and coordination of multiple location/division Annual Standard Costing Process and ad-hoc cost variance analytics
  • Working as team member of COE to ensure all schedules and deadlines are met on time and accurately in accordance with Service Level Agreements
  • Documenting policies, procedures, workflow and checklists for assigned responsibilities


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of solid Finance/Operational/Cost Accounting within a Manufacturing environment.
  • Strong General Ledger /Financial Statement background/
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to ascertain the reasonableness and accuracy of information
  • Very strong data mining background. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel and Access
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other groups within GBS structure
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of the organization
  • Customer focused with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


 Desired Qualifications of the Financial Analyst:


  • Prior MS Dynamics AX experience
  • Tableau or experience with Data Visualization software.
