    You will work closely with the Production Manager primarily to provide services to the maintenance group and assist them in meeting the operating plan goals and objectives, as well as provide information and training to comply with all EHS rules and regulations. 


    In this role, you will perform various problem solving analyses in the areas of cost, manpower utilization and repetitive maintenance problems as required. By providing equipment reliability to produce acceptable quantity and quality of product you will be responsible for eliminating downtime where possible while maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.


    • Meet budget requirements by developing and implementing cost reduction projects for operational improvements and efficiency cost control.
    • Utilize our CMMS system to create work orders, schedule, and plan work.
    • Take part of Lean Six Sigma training and Supervisor skills coaching
    • Supervises and establishes priorities and schedule personnel for maintenance of all plant equipment, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic
    • Responds to breakdowns by determining problem and effect immediate repair
    • Supports a corporate culture that focuses on facts, tangible results and behaviors
    • Establishes and monitor plant-wide preventive maintenance program
    • Maintains plant maintenance staff by recruits, selects, orients, and trains employees; maintains a safe and secure work environment; develops personal growth opportunities
    • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job goals and expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures


    • Minimum of 6 years of maintenance background, experience and functional knowledge of area supervised, we would like to speak to you further about this role.  
    • Minimum high school degree with additional college or trade school education preferred.
    • Previous experience directing skilled maintenance personnel.
