Responsibilities

The Builders Sales Manager will maximize Masonite's penetration into the builder segment through our wholesale distribution. Develop builder targets with the intent of driving more sales from local, regional and national builders into our distribution channel.

Territory focuses on Georgia, North Carolina & South Carolina but is located in a home based office in the Atlanta metro area.

  • Manage builder rebates to budget
  • Develop and Maintain influential relationships with key decision makers of regional and national builders.
  • Maintain builder databases in CRM tool
  • Work with Marketing to develop sales support and training needs specific to builder conversions.
  • Partners with Market Sales Managers in GA, NC, SC and key distribution partners to combatively target key distributors and dealers that service the new construction market and pull through local, regional and national builders
  • Unites with Director of Sales and Director of National Builder Sales to target, develop and secure local, regional and national builder deals
  • Supports Director of Sales with overall region distributor, dealer and builder initiatives
  • Works with and supports the Gemroi sales team in GA, NC, SC

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong selling skills and customer relationship building capabilities
  • Ability to drive successful execution of sales targeting initiatives 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in building products with sales background; Door industry knowledge a plus, but not required
  • Overnight travel up to 30-40% of the time
  • Must reside in the Atlanta metro area
