This position on the Corporate FP&A Team and will be focused on both financial planning and analysis and the creation and implementation of FP&A processes to better manage the drivers of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance.

We are looking specifically for a candidate that has the ability to advance further in our finance organization after demonstrating strong results in this role.

• Creates financial plans such as the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), the Three Year Plan and monthly/quarterly Forecasts
• Assists executive management with monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, inventory, capital, and head count through comparison of actual results to forecasts and the AOP
• Communicates clear, concise and accurate assessment of financial performance with all internal customers
• Identifies gaps to financial goals and prioritize actions
• Optimizes & in some cases builds from scratch FP&A processes connecting business unit operations to corporate financial reporting
• Coordinates development and maintenance of consistent reporting tools to build, monitor, report, and communicate operational and financial metrics across organization using Microsoft AX, Oracle modules, Hyperion Planning and Essbase and other systems
• Drives improvement projects to improve working capital and cash flow
• Leverages payback, NPV, IRR financial concepts to drive decision making, prioritization, etc.
• Supports Investor Relations, Audit, Sourcing, Operations, and other departments with complex financial analysis and modeling
• Manages a team of FP&A analysis reporting directly from the Corporate FP&A department and dotted line in from the Business Units

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Accuracy and precision in all matters of presenting and reporting data
• Thorough understanding of Financial Systems and Reporting
• Ability to lead, influence, build consensus and work effectively in cross functional teams
• Strong analytical, quantitative, financial modeling, process building, and project management skills
• Advanced database and excel knowledge/ skills, proficient in PowerPoint
• A proven track record of reporting and utilizing financial information to drive business performance

• BS in finance or other quantitative degree, MBA preferred but not required
• 7+ years of business/ finance related experience in a business or FP&A environment
• Cost accounting, sourcing/ supply chain or manufacturing a plus
• Supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to create and build strong teams
• Knowledge of Lean Sigma tools and technique methodology, experience a plus
• Experience with financial systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, HFM, Hyperion, Essbase) is most helpful
• Experience in manufacturing strongly preferred
