    This position is primarily responsible for sanding/spraying doors in accordance with product specification and processes. Must be able to apply sufficient paint coverage without overspraying. This position is also responsible for visually inspecting the quality of coverage and color on the doors.


    • Sand and prime doors for spraying
    • Spray face of doors, moulding, and edges in accordance with product specification and processes; according to MOST 1 specifications
    • Inspect paint thickness for consistency
    • Inspect quality of coverage, color and overspray
    • Monitor monometers and change filters when required
    • Make sure all materials is properly labeled and abide by all DEP regulations
    • Clean spraying equipment; spray guns, paint booth lines and filters
    • Follow safety and process procedures
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management


    • Education: High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience: 1-2 years of spraying experience
    • Certifications/Licenses:
    • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
      • Knowledge of handling materials and operating a spray gun
      • Knowledge of how to apply sufficient coverage without overspraying
      • Ability to read and interpret tickets
      • Work independently with minimal supervision
      • Must have high attention to detail
