    The Investor Relations Intern will assist in the development of materials to communicate to multiple constituencies, including internal team members, institutional and private investors, and equity and high-yield research analysts. The Investor Relations Intern will gain valuable insight into corporate finance, the public reporting process, and the investment management industry and experience working with other functions within the organization to support external messaging. The intern may also provide research support for IR presentations on topics of special interest to senior management. 


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Research ESG factors to support benchmarking and messaging 
    • Compile public financial data to support benchmarking and internal analysis 
    • Participate in quarterly external reporting cycle, including preparation of financial communications 
    • Work across functions to assemble timely and accurate content for investor meetings, conferences and road shows
    • Attend investor meetings as requested 
    • Work on ad hoc research and special projects

    • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program (in senior year), pursuing a concentration in Finance or Investor Relations or current MBA student. understanding of financial markets and economics
    • Analytical aptitude and interest with a basic
    • Interest and familiarity with general corporate finance functions and operations 
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) 
    • Ability to meet deadlines and produce high quality work on a consistent basis
    • Ability to self-start and work independently with limited direction or supervision 
    • Ability to work across functional areas 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
