    Responsibilities

    Responsible for directing and motivating the warehouse team with shipping, receiving, and trucking.  You will responsible for all inbound activities and inventory movements within the plant. This includes movements to and from the production lines, rotating inventory and inventory accuracy. 

     

    • Supervise the input and output of materials and equipment.
    • Check coding and registration of goods entering the warehouse.
    • Oversees the organization and classification of goods in the warehouse.
    • Prepares purchase orders for procurement of materials and informs the purchasing and supply unit.
    • Supervise stock levels established inventory of goods and services.
    • Maintain updated records systems.
    • Supervise the selection of materials and equipment in the identification, type and quality.
    • Make daily reports input and output material warehouse.
    • Perform and / or coordinate inventory in the warehouse.
    • Establish working methods, registration and control in the warehouse.

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree required.
    • 3 - 5 plus years work experience in a manufacturing.
    • 3 plus years working as Warehouse Supervisor.
    • Team Leadership; ability to lead associates through coaching and mentoring.
    • Highly energized and self-motivated with experience working with teams to implement change.
    • Strong planning/organization skills.
    • Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Ability to work varying shifts and additional hours depending on business needs.
    • Proficient in reading, writing, and math skills.
    • Competent PC skills (Excel, Word, Power-Point.
    • Experience with operating and training on material handling equipment.
    • Experience with layout of warehouse and racking/distribution.
