    Responsibilities

    Provide support to IT Engineering teams to review documentation and standards; field request from end users, collecting necessary details in troubleshooting; and assist in evaluating product requirements, tools and processes to improve customer satisfaction.

     

    • Documentation review
    • End user training
    • Level 1-2 troubleshooting of end user reported incidents
    • Entry level analysis and data collection
    • Work with other team members in support of new and existing solutions
    • Organization, analytical, communication, problem solving, technical, teamwork skills required

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited institute in an information technology related field
    • Completion of 2 years academic experience
    • Some working knowledge of Windows server, desktop (end point), or network infrastructure is preferred
    • Project management is a plus
    • Good communication skills
    • Eager learner
    • Candidate should be at a senior level due to the nature of complexity to be experienced during the internship
    • 20 to 35 hours per week
