    This position will perform a variety of duties to support the business ERP systems and process improvements, including software setup, user training and user support. This position works as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze and validate requirements for changes to business processes and systems.  This position will also act as the on-site IT expert and Liaison with the Corporate IT team. 




    • Must have a basic understanding of all Dynamics AX modules, but a very good understanding of the inventory, warehouse management, Master planning, Scheduling, production and shipping.
    • Liaison with IT ERP/Nirvana team to document new development and change request requirements.  This would include gathering business requirements, confirming standard requirements across Arch sites and developing the detailed requirements documentation.
    • Support training on new plant staff and ensure proper training aligned with AX security request.
    • Work with users to lead evaluation of business processes, developing optimization strategies, and implements solutions and standard operating procedures to maximize end user adoption.
    • Exercise solid judgment based upon data and experience to actively pursue project issue identification, perform requirements analysis and resolution.
    • Document and conduct meetings to effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
    • Perform user acceptance testing.
    • Manage projects, develop project plans and monitor performance.
    • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
    • Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports as necessary.
    • Stays up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and improve systems.
    • Assist with physical inventories as required.
    • Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.


    • Business degree in software or Operations or related field; plus 1 – 3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
    • Proven experience in working with MRP in a manufacturing environment is required; Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred.
    • Proficiency in the use of fully integrated manufacturing systems, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project (or equivalent) and Visio required, with query building a plus.Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Exceptional understanding of supply chain concepts and processes.
    • APICS CPIM certification – preferred.
    • Must be self-directed with a high level of reasoning and problem solving ability related to information structure/analysis, database design, and process improvement.
    • Strong detail and analytical skills and conflict management skills essential.
