    • Secure $20 million in project work through the follow up in quotes and negotiation of terms
    • Drives sales opportunities by working with channel influencers (architects, general contractors)
    • Assists customers in the effective execution of product/project strategy for all commercial building projects.
    • Collects market intelligence, shares through CRM and adjusts offer for future projects
    • Owner of CRM project records and ensures accuracy and relevancy
    • Serves as a primary point of contact with select key customers
    • Executes regional training of internal and external associates
    • Evaluates, monitors, and resolves sales related issues on a timely basis
    • Demonstrates initiative and ownership over sales reports
    • Assist in demand forecasting to ensure strong service levels and appropriate capacity levels
    • Prices large projects in territory

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • 3-5 years of outside or inside sales experience
    • Overnight territory travel (10%)
