This position is a great opportunity to come in at the ground level and make a difference by utilizing Lean Operating System (4 Tier Lean Shop Floor Plan), working with other shift supervisors and plant managers to leverage best practices by moving the needle on measurable safety, quality, cost reduction, and productivity goals and objectives.
You will oversee plant activities, supervise the overall production and delegate work assignments to ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are identified, structured and addressed. Use production boards to keep employees enlightened and informed of the department performance against standards, working with them to reach their goals.

What you need:
High School diploma required
Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
2-3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience or 2- 3 years military supervisory experience paired with leadership skills that inspire others
A high level of personal integrity (self-esteem, confidence, honesty, and respect) are necessary qualities for selection and success to jump into our existing infrastructure without skipping a beat
Veterans with manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply
