    The Forklift Operator - Warehouse Picker works in the manufacturing plant to meet production, quality, and service delivery goals. The Forklift Operator will work through effective utilization of resources and is responsible for meeting or exceeding customer expectations through coordination, and value based leadership of manufacturing processes, organization and lean processes.


    • Picking and processing of orders – Utilizing an RF Scan Gun to select product within the warehouse.
    • Forklift operations are required to retrieve all high reach or bulk products within the warehouse. 
    • Replenishments of warehouse locations – Warehouse worker will be required to log in a specific function to obtain all locations with limited or no available product. The RF scan gun will locate the designated area to retrieve the items.
    • Select product for production in the mill; select product to be transferred to the other locations; move product to locations for replenishments; retrieve product that is either too high to reach by ground, or product too heavy to carry by hand.
    • Palletizing and wrapping of skidded product.
      • Bulk picks / non-stock Orders of product/doors will be wrapped on a skid by a warehouse employee.
      • All bulk picks and non-stock items will be individually wrap and banded to protect and secure delivery of product by utilizing the wrap machines location within the warehouse.



    • High school diploma or the equivalent
    • Background check and drug screen
    • Manufacturing/production experience
    • Knowledge of production tickets
    • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
