    This position is part of the Sales Team for the complete line of wood doors and frames. This position is responsible for estimating, negotiating price and selling products and services and completing orders for our distribution base in Canada and the United States.

    This position is part of the Inside Sales Team for the architectural doors division. This position is responsible for negotiating price and selling products and services to our distribution base.

    • Primary internal distributor interface for the following: pricing decisions, estimate follow-ups, proactive sales calls, creating value added services, new product introductions and selling.
    • Sells product mix to meet sales volume and margin targets.
    • Represents the Sales Service Center on special projects.
    • Maintains a distributor profile for each distributor within assigned territories.
    • Provides technical assistance to distributors/customers on products, labeling, and special applications.
    • Increases market share within assigned territories.
    • Doing estimates, ordering samples and literature when needed.
    • Making sure daily workload is done in their area
    • Performs duties as assigned by supervisor.



    • Over two years customer service or quoting experience
    • Strong sales orientation
    • Education: College diploma or equivalent year of experience
    • Proficiency: 12-18 months to learn business cycle.
