    Responsibilities

    • The HR Generalist III partners with employees and management to communicate various human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
    • Conducts exit interviews & stay interviews to analyze data, making recommendations to the management team for corrective and continuous improvement.
    • The HR Generalist III builds and fosters ongoing relationships to effectively
    • Maintains high visibility at all locations in order to promote HR programs and assist management with effective line of communication.
    • Coordinates with corporate functions to insure programs are consistent and application is in accordance with established policies and comply with laws and regulations.
    • Ensures all members of management apply all policies and regulations in a consistent manner by performing periodic audits of employee related actions.
    • Responds to employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and civil rights complaints.
    • Facilitates and/or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce.
    • Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
    • Interviews, screens and recruits job applicants to fill entry level, professional, management, and technical job openings.
    • Coordinates all employment procedures and conducts new hire orientation
    • Works with leadership in coaching and developing the management team
    • Contribute to team effectiveness by assisting in other areas as needed

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through issues that may be complex, difficult and emotional
    • Ability to research and analyze various different types of data
    • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations or government law
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work
    • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong facilitation 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
    • 3 to 5 experience in Human Resources Management in a manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through issues that may be complex, difficult and emotional.
    • Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations or government law.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
